Telangana Assembly elections will be held on November 30. The Election Commission of India announced the Assembly elections date on Monday. The results will be declared on Dec 3rd. Along with Telangana, Assembly elections will also be held for Madhya Pradesh, chhattisgarh, Rajasthan and Mizoram states in November month.
Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar announced the Assembly elections date and schedule in a press conference held in capital Delhi.
According to the Election Commission of India’s schedule:
Notification for Telangana Assembly elections will be released on Nov 3rd.
Last date for filing of nominations is Nov 10th.
Scrutiny of nominations will be done on Nov 13th.
Last date for withdrawal of nominations is Nov 15th.
Polling date is Nov 30th.
Counting of Votes will be done on Dec 3rd.
