Bollywood blockbuster ‘The Kashmir Files’ has inherited tremendous response from the audience and also the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sung the praises of the film. The director Vivek Agnihotri, his wife and actress Pallavi Joshi, the producer Abhishek have met the Prime Minister and received appraisals from him.
Modi’s appreciations to the film :
The Kashmir Files is the story about Kashmir’s holocaust. Kashmiri Pandits were maltreated in 1990, stressed out of their country of origin and killed. On the first day of it’s release, the film obtained herculean collections of Rs 3.55 crore.
The trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, “THE KASHMIR FILES TEAM MEETS PM MODI… #TheKashmirFiles producers #AbhishekAgarwal, #PallaviJoshi and #VivekRanjanAgnihotri [who has directed the film] met Hon. Prime Minister Shri #NarendraModi ji… The Prime Minister appreciated the team as well as the film (sic). ” These are the highlights of the meeting.
The Kashmir Files consists of a huge cast Anupam Kher played as Pushkarnath, Mithun Chakraborthy as Brahma Dutt, Darshan Kumar as Krishna Pandit, Chinmay Mandlekar as Farooq Malik, Bhasha Sumbali as Shraddha Pandit, and Pallavi Joshi as Radhika Menon. The film was backed by Vivek Agnihotri, Tej Narayan Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi and Abhishek Agarwal under the banners of IAmBuddha and Abhishek Agarwal Arts banners, Zee Studios.
