Sensational actor Vijay Devarakonda has recently tasted bitterness with his sports-based drama Liger, directed by Puri Jagannath. The film turned out to be the biggest disaster at the box office worldwide. After facing such failure in his acting career, Vijay is keenly focusing on selecting scripts of upcoming projects. Even he cancelled Puri Jagannath’s another movie Jana Gana Mana for which he had already signed earlier.
Now, according to the latest buzz, the actor has given his nod to the director of Jersey movie, Gautham Tinnanuri. It is said that Vijay Devarakonda would work under the direction of Gautham Tinnanuri in his next. Currently, Vijay is busy with the shoot of his upcoming movie Khushi, for which Shiva Nirvana is donning the directing hat.
Once Vijay accomplishes the film’s shoot, he will concentrate on Gatham Tinnanu’s project. NV Prasad, who produced Chiranjeevi’s Godfather recently, will bankroll this project now. The other details about the film are awaited and they will be announced soon after the finalisation of cast and crew.
