YS Sharmila, the daughter of legendary leader YS Rajashekhar Reddy and sister of AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, has her own image among people of both Telugu states. A determined lady in her own style, YS Sharmila has been working in Telangana political sphere, after setting up YSRTP. She is said to be differing from her brother YS Jagan, over power sharing in AP and therefore is reportedly keeping distance from her brother. Being an independent lady, she has been charting her own course, sometimes even creating embarrassing situations to her brother YS Jagan.
Now once again YS Sharmila has differed with her CM brother over Health University name change issue. Commenting on the controversial move, YS Sharmila said that it is not right to change the name of NTR University of Health Sciences. She said that NTR is a legendary leader and already that university has been popular as NTR Health University. So changing of name is unnecessary and will only create confusion and resentment.
YS Sharmila’s comments will surely trouble AP CM. But her comments have won the hearts of NTR supporters and fans. They are commenting that, YS Sharmila is showing more maturity than YS Jagan.
