Earlier, we have heard that AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will announce 13 new districts of the state on April 2nd, on the auspicious occasion of Ugadi. But, after holding a high cardinal meeting with authorities on Wednesday, Jagan has postponed it to April 4th.
Jagan has considered the pros and cons of the formation of new districts during the meeting with several officials and brought slight altercations in the course of actions regarding the new districts. It has been announced that the new district’s revelation will be held on April 4, between 9.05 am – 9.45 am. The planning commission has guided the officials to segregate advice and objections at the District Collector level.
The officials unanimously considered some advice from several ministers on the new districts, their names, and district center and revenue division aspects. The planning commission is progressing its groundwork to negotiate the borders of the district, administration and division of employees among the districts. Finally, with the formation of 13 new districts, the AP state will be having total of 26 districts. And, the confirmation will be issued through notification shortly.
