Congress Unveils Election Dr. Shama Mohammed Assures Implementation of Manifesto Guarantees.

During the election campaign in Bourgupalli mandal, AICC Spokesperson Dr. Shama Mohammed reiterated the Congress party’s commitment to fulfilling every promise outlined in its election manifesto. Speaking alongside party candidate Gaddam Prasad Kumar, Dr. Mohammed outlined six guarantees that the Congress government aims to implement within the first 100 days in power, emphasizing that five similar guarantees have already been realized in Karnataka.

The guarantees include a monthly stipend of Rs. 2500 for women, free bus travel, a pension of Rs. 4000 for the elderly, and a cooking gas cylinder for Rs. 500. Dr. Shama Mohammed addressed the rising prices of petrol, diesel, and gas in Telangana compared to other states, alleging corruption in the Rs. 40 thousand crores Kaleshwaram project, claiming an inflated commission of 150 crores.

Accusing the BRS government of backtracking on loan waiver promises, Dr. Mohammed asserted that the Congress government, once in power, would provide a Rs. 2 lakh loan waiver and interest-free loans up to Rs. 3 lakh. Additionally, she pledged up to 200 units of free electricity for every household, criticizing the KCR government for its alleged failure to fulfill the double bedroom guarantee, promising Congress would provide 5 lakhs in such cases. Leader Lalit and others joined Dr. Shama Mohammed during the campaign and press interaction.
