Today on the occasion of Telangana Rashtra Samithi’s (TRS) 21st foundation day, which was established on April 27, 2001. Telangana state is celebrating the special day sumptuously at Hyderabad International Convention Centre. TRS president and the chief minister of the state K.Chandrasekhar Rao has hoisted the party flag at the beginning of the occasion and paid floral homage to Telangana Thalli.
Soon after the flag hoisting ceremony, KCR has rendered his long discourse, saying his party TRS is the virtue of the Telangana people. He said that TRS is setting its foot into the 22nd year of its existence. It remains the only force that is executing its works for the pride of Telangana and trying hard to protect the interests of the people of the state. The meeting is attended by three thousand party leaders. Those are state ministers, MPs, state legislators, and other public representatives. During the meeting, the chief minister is going to set out the roadmap in order to gain a hat-trick of electoral victories in the 2023 Assembly elections.
During the meeting, the plenary discussed eleven issues and pass resolutions. It has been said by the Finance Minister that the Centre’s prejudice against Telangana and drawbacks of Modi’s government on all fronts. KCR’s son KTR has also been involved in the party celebrations. He cut a cake and distributed it joyfully among the people. Sources said, the party’s village presidents have hoisted the party flag in all 12,769 villages across the state, and no less than this, a flag hoisting ceremony has also been done in all the 3,600 towns.
