Telangana Congress has got a new lease of life post party’s victory in Karnataka. Several leaders who left the party and leaders from other parties are making moves to join Congress and strengthen it. Former Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, former MP Ponguleti Sudhakar Reddy are all set to join Congress.
TPCC chief Revanth Reddy had a luncheon meeting with Jupally Krishna Rao. Senior Congress leaders Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, G Chinna Reddy and others also took part in the meeting. The meeting was held in a cordial manner. With this meeting it has become almost clear that Jupally is in Congress now.
Later the leaders went to Ponguleti’s home. It is said that Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy, who left Congress party for BJP is also trying to get back to Congress.
