Review
Vijay Devarakonda looks good in his physical transformation, but his stammering annoys the audience. Ananya Panday has given her best, but her character is not defined well. Both the comedians Ali and Getup Srinu occupied the first half with their hilarious acts. Ramya Krishna as the mother of Vijay is decent in her role and Ronit Roy, who played Vijay’s coach has impressed the viewers. The villain Mike Tyson’s appearance is good and the combination scenes shot between them are good to watch.
On the whole, Vijay’s stammering act is not fine and it is disappointing to Vijay’s fans, who like his dialogue delivery in a free-flow manner. There is no proper conflict in the film and the chemistry between Vijay and Ananya is not captivating. The first half is almost good, but when it comes to the second half, it is not fully equipped. The film is lack emotions.
Technical Aspects
The production values of the film are good. Music is not apt to the songs. Sunil Kashyap’s BGM is impressive only in the second half. The director Puri Jagannath has failed to obtain positive outputs for his ambitious venture, which is now turned as a disaster.
