The flick was clicked in the Tamil region and became a bestseller at the box office, but it couldn’t impress the Telugu audience. The dynamic actor received a massive amount of Rs 100 crores for this film to accomplish.
Now, his next untitled film is getting ready to touch the floors soon. It is going to be helmed by the director of the recent film ‘Beast’, Nelson Dilipkumar. Its pre-production works are in progress. And one thing we heard about Rajinikanth is, that he is demanding an epic amount of Rs 150 crores for this film, which is the highest amount ever that no other Indian actor in the film industry received so far.
When compared to the other top Tamil actors like Ajith and Vijay, they have been receiving Rs 100 crores respectively. Rajanikanth is now ahead of them when it comes to the paycheque. This untitled film will be financed by Sun Pictures, which is also the producer of Annatthe. The entire music and background score will be crooned by Anirudh.
