TPCC president and MP Revanth Reddy performed Chandiyagam in Kodangal, making news ahead of Assembly elections. Revanth Reddy along with his family members performed Chandiyagam. His wife, daugther and son-in-law sat in the yagam.
CM KCR also performed Chandiyagam in the past and many feel that this sacred yagam helps in ascending to throne. It is believed that KCR came to power in Telanagana after performing the sacred Chandiyagam.
“I prayed for well being of all the people in Telangana. Chandiyagam will ensure that Telangana people are freed from ill and live happily and prosperously in the coming days,” said Revanth Reddy after performing Chandi Yagam. Revanth Reddy thanked all those who helped him in succeafully performing Chandiyagam.
