Tech brand Tecno is looking to build its stronghold by continuously offering new phones in the domestic market. Here, the brand is offering its 5G phones to provide tough competition to major company phones. The company already introduced a few models under the 5G segment and is now all geared up for launching the first 5G phone under the Spark 20 series, termed as the ‘Tecno Spark 20 Pro 5G’.
The company is going to launch this smartphone in India this month, in July. It was earlier launched in Saudi Arabia on 20 June. Soon it will also be launched in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Ahead of its launch in India, the speciation of the phone has been leaked on social media.
These leaks indicated that the upcoming Tecno Spark 20 Pro 5G smartphone in India would be equipped with a 108-megapixel camera. It will be the primary camera sensor on the device. The phone is said to have a maximum of 16 GB RAM, including 8GB of in-built and 8GB of virtual RAM. It will further come with either 128 GB or 256 GB of internal storage. Other than this, nothing has been revealed about the Indian model. However other specifications might be similar to the global model. The Tecno Spark 20 Pro 5G handset will further get a 6.78-inch FHD LCD with 1080×2460 pixels resolution, alongside a 120Hz refresh rate. This smartphone has availed the processing power of the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 5G processor while coming with 8GB RAM. The system front will have HIOS 14 based on Android 14.
The Tecno Spark 20 Pro 5G has been fitted with a 108-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera on the back. At the front, it sports an 8-megapixel selfie camera. The device is backed by a 5000 mAh battery, supporting fast charging of 33W. Moreover, it has stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos support. This smartphone will arrive in three color options: Glossy White, Neon Green, and Black.
