The tragic incident takes place in Madhya Pradesh, where five members of a family from Alirajpur district committed suicide. The family members hanged themselves, following which locals informed the police. Consequent to this information, the police and FSL team duly registered the case and launched the investigation.
Going into the details, Rakesh Singh, along with his family members, committed suicide in Raudi village, Alirajpur district. The locals found the bodies of Rakesh Singh, his wife, and their three children hanging in their house and immediately intimated it to the police. The police have shifted the bodies to a local hospital for post-mortem examination after reaching the spot.
Inquiries are on in the police investigation into all possible angles as to whether it was a murder and made to look like a suicide or it was a genuine suicide. The inquest is also on in the police investigation as to why the possible suicide was committed. Alirajpur SP Rajesh reached the spot and recorded statements from the neighbors. The police disclosed that Rakesh Singh was a farmer, and the bodies were found hanging from the house on Monday morning. The police have assured that whether the deaths are a case of killing or suicide would be known very soon.
